At Design Workshop we follow a clear, fair quality & revision policy that protects your timeline and investment: all deliverables, milestones and included revision rounds are defined in the contract, and revision requests are acknowledged and handled promptly while changes beyond the agreed brief are treated as out-of-scope and quoted separately.
Deposits and milestone payments are applied per the agreement, with final acceptance confirmed by written sign-off to ensure clarity and accountability. To keep projects on schedule we ask clients to provide timely feedback and required documents; any client-caused delays or scope changes will be documented and may affect cost and delivery.
This balanced approach ensures predictable outcomes and high-quality work for clients while allowing us to manage scope, maintain standards, and deliver projects efficiently.
